Innovation Wiki:About

From Innovation Wiki

Purpose

This wiki is setup as a platform for discussing innovation in libraries. Many libraries proclaim the desire to be innovative, but are they really set up to be innovative organizations? The innovative culture is one of risk, instability, and frequent failure - all of which oppose the goals of most libraries (as well as other organizations). Information and discussions on this wiki will investigate how libraries can create a more innovative culture, the role of the individual within the innovative culture, and models for producing new, creative, and innovative solutions.
